Lunch : Sandwitch on flatt wheet bread ( 2 turkey - 80 1 cheese - 40 1 wheet bagel ((flatt )) 120 Musterd and lettice - 3 ) -243
Dinner : Hungry man chicken t.v dinner its like 1000 calories.. but i didnt eat the brownie, i had a bite of mashd potatos, and didnt eat most of the skin, and made green beens with it ( 40 caloreis ) .. So like 700?
So far : I walked my dog for 15 minutes? Like 50 calories burned?
Net so far : 993 out of 1500-2000
REALLY?! 500 more calories, thats another meal -.- maybe ill have some lettice tonight, but i kinda want some pizza or something, since its new years and im home alone.. Hmmmphppph! ( pizza is like 400 calories )
Tonight, i plan on doing 100 crunches… 200 jumping jacks… 30 push ups.. and like jog in place as fast as i can for as long as i can.. and probley stretch.. a good half a hour work out. ( maybe burn like 250? )
- So if i have that pizza and work out ill have -
1143 -.- ( still in wtf mode )
-If i just do the workout and skip on the pizza ill have -
a net of 743…
If i burn, 500 calories on the eleptical, and manage to do some killer stength traning maybe i can ignore the
small peice of cake..

What makes me stand out from other applicants is my determination and my attitude. Im so determined, if my mind is set to complete something, or to do something I always complete it. For instance, ive handled 15 classes between my freshman and sophomore year, and have gotten straight A’s, I think that makes me a amazing candidate to be in your school, because I work hard, and I can handle anything people throw at me.

Thank you, for the information.. Yeah I do know, that its something I cant just fix. Because. ive had it my whole life, even before my Pro ana lifestyle. So i mean, i feel like theyve gotten better my binges arnt as many calories as they used to be.. So im just trying to learn to make them smaller.. and make myself not want it. So far its iffy but i definatly feel like in a month, there all ready much differnt. Thanks anon.

1. I choose healthy eating over starving because, Starving… Kills you.. I dont think i relized it til just recently.. the people look dead? I want to stay life like, happy, and very proud of who i am.. and having a eating disorder makes me the oppisite.
2. I choose healthy eating over binging, Because I feel unheathly i feel sick, i feel tired, and slugish, and i feel bloated alot.. and it just sucks i cant eat normal…
So I reamber how hard it was to eat under 500 that first few times, and when i did it, it stuck..
So this shall be the same!! Itll be hard, But going to the gym, having fruits and vegies should help..
